You walk into any regular Republican meeting and the common denominator, no matter the area, is white hair.
As a Millennial who recognizes that white hair does not signal old age but wisdom, I find value in having them at the table. Yet, I know the constant question is: how do we bring more young people to the table? How do we involve more of the next generation? How do we help them to understand and to care?
There are a number of ways to create a culture of authenticity that will connect the older generation with the younger generation and vice versa.
Perhaps this moment can be when generations start to reconnect and bring about solutions for our nation. Here is where to start.
